Hence asked Simpl to refund the wallet money to bank. First of all the support team from Simpl promised to refund in 15 days. Finally they called me and asked for the money and had discussion. So I had forwarded all emails as evidence. However I wanted to close this and refunded all money with late payment charges. And finally they blocked me using Simpl.
